Our 2009 Albany Reception was a tremendous success! Alan Lubin, Executive Vice President of New York State United Teachers, received the Frances Perkins Award and Denise O’Donnell, Deputy Secretary for Public Safety and Commissioner of the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, received the Woman of Achievement Award. We were also fortunate to have Dr. Allida Black, Director of the Eleanor Roosevelt Papers, as a featured speaker.
