Eleanor's Legacy

Joyce - Baldwinsville

I had a grandmother that was ahead of her time in some ways and an inspiration to me as a woman. She worked in a factory and had a farm at the same time and always thought about others. She worked all hours and stayed up at night to bake cakes for extra money. I know she would have been excited about Hillary's story and how her granddaughters felt about finally being equal and more and making a positive impact in the world. We need more women in power positions to change centuries of doing things the same way with not much changing for the future.
