The Eleanor’s Legacy Internship is a Spring Semester training program that requires 5-8 hours of commitment per intern per week, with the expectation that some of the hours may be completed in evenings and on weekends.

As part of the internship, students will receive in-depth campaign training on field organizing, fundraising, digital strategy, policy and research, communications, and more.

Each intern will be assigned to one of the following regions: Capital, Central New York, Finger Lakes, Long Island, Mid-Hudson, Mohawk Valley/ North Country, New York City, Southern Tier, and Western New York.

The internship will begin with a 1- 2 week virtual intensive campaign training at the beginning of January. Upon completion of the training program, each intern will be assigned to assist with digital strategy, political outreach, communications, and/or policy & research, depending on the needs of each campaign.
